These Terms govern the TrustRespond.ai website and any pilot or service accepted by the operator. A signed proposal, order form or project agreement may add or replace terms for that engagement.
1. Service scope
TrustRespond.ai provides AI-assisted preparation, source matching, review and export for security and compliance questionnaires. Exact deliverables, deployment, price and timing are defined in the accepted proposal or order form. Private and on-premise deployments are separate engineering projects, not standard self-service features.
2. Access and security
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and report unauthorised access to info@trustrespond.ai. Access may be suspended to protect customers or the service.
3. Customer content
Customers retain rights in uploaded material and grant only the rights required to provide and secure the agreed service. Customers must have authority to provide the material and should minimise personal and confidential data. Processing is further described in the Privacy Policy and DPA.
4. Acceptable use
The service must not be used to access another tenant's data, introduce malicious material, unlawfully process personal data, infringe third-party rights or conduct uncoordinated vulnerability testing.
5. AI outputs and review
Outputs are drafts and may contain errors. Customers must verify sources and approve answers before reliance or disclosure. TrustRespond.ai does not certify compliance. See AI system information.
6. Commercial terms
Fees, taxes, payment milestones and cancellation rights are those in the accepted proposal or order form. The public website does not create a subscription, free tier or automatic renewal commitment.
7. Availability, backup and changes
No guaranteed SLA or customer-restorable backup applies unless expressly agreed in writing. Maintenance, provider outages and security events may affect availability. Customers should retain authoritative source documents and exported results. Current controls and limitations are listed in the Security Overview.
8. Confidentiality
Each party must protect confidential information with reasonable care and use it only for the engagement. More specific confidentiality terms in a signed agreement take precedence.
9. Liability
Liability is governed by the applicable signed agreement and mandatory law. Nothing on this website excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No standalone website liability cap is created for a project that has not been accepted.
10. Governing law
The governing law and venue are specified in the applicable accepted agreement. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected where they apply.
